Cancellation and Rescheduling

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Service Warranties

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.Randy Reed Lawn & Landscaping provides warranties on certain products and services. Warranty terms will be provided in writing during the consultation process where applicable.Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or maintenance after our services are rendered, or damage resulting from severe weather conditions, pests, or other uncontrollable factors.

Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to property, including underground utilities, unless such damage is directly caused by our negligence.Randy Reed Lawn & Landscaping is not liable for any injuries that occur on your property during or after the completion of our services unless the injury is caused by our negligence.You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or the Website.
